2 in 15 years. went 0 for 10 in his last 10 years. lolol you are bad at this. Kirby has done as much as Richt has in 10 less years. Im actually starting to feel bad for how fricking stupid you are hahaha

Different era with the CFP. Smart still didn't finish the regular season top 2.

Uga’s best 2 teams of this century are Kirby teams of 2017 and 2018.
This is why you aren’t unbiased. UGA 2002, 2005 and 2012 could all be considered at least as good as the two teams you mention. 2018 really should not even be in the discussion.

I think its comparing apples to oranges. Kirby is a better coach and recruiter in todays era of football. He is one coodinator and maybe a couple players away from winning a natty.

Got Damn, how many top 4 classes does one need?

He badly mismanaged the offensive staff and the most important position. Not surprising for a first time HC who had been a DC

This. Saban won a national championship in 2009 with a team that was made up (mostly) of Mike Shula's recruits. He had two Top 3 classes to add quality starters/depth but the balance of that team was from the Shula era.

The 2002 and 2012 teams were excellent. Probably on par with 2017. The 2005 not so much, very much like the 2018 team. Good but not quite great.
2007 was, IMO, by the end of the year our best team under Richt. But it developed during the year, and stumbled early

So you’re saying Kirby Smart in his 5th year ever as a HC isn’t as good as the GOAT was in his 15th year and 5th Head Coaching stop?
Seems like a fair comparison...

Good point about 2007. Another good Richt team.

2012 Georgia got pushed around at the LOS by Bama. That wouldn't be damning for most programs, but for Georgia it was

LSU got lucky that year , but the deal wasn’t made until 2009.

Stats from within football games proves me right and you wrong. You just aren’t a smart football person.

Easily the most overrated richt team. Well, 2012 might argue.
