This means that your boy Bobby Lowder has or will soon be indicted. Really good news for most of the Auburn fans I know. About the only damn way you would ever be free of him. No way possible for it to be after March due to trial settings.

Relationship to Camgate, may be none, another topic for another day.

Not so sure this will have anything to do with you personally. But, your little man at the head of AU Finance Committee and BOT is fricked for shure.

Fingers crossed

The fact that Lowder & Co. will be serving time in the Fed pen has got to make any AU fan/alum feel good. It's the only way to FINALLY get rid of that little wart once and for all.

Gotta make AU fans at least a little nervous at what may turn up in the investigation into Lowder. Do you not agree?

Depending on the nature of the investigation (were there extensive wiretaps?) I think any Auburn fan who said they weren't at least a little concerned would be lying. Considering Lowder's history, you never know. If nothing comes of it though, it would be a big win for Auburn. Despite his money, he has been very harmful to the University during his time on the BoT. This is about the only way they can completely eliminate his influence.

I'm not sure how you could not be a little nervous. We're not even under any major scrutiny but I'm always worried about what our major boosters are doing.

I mean the Eric Ramsey stuff had a lot to do with getting bs loans from Colonial Bank. No reason to be worried

I am not even a little concerned nor am I lying. Go figure.

What do people think might be uncovered in an investigation of Colonial?
