Wake’s 3B coach has brought hitter overs twice now and both times they’ve come through with clutch hits.

I think LSU still has the edge. Bats are just too good. Vols lineup usually can’t do anything unless the middle of the lineup starts the inning.

I have to say, if LSU loses this...I don't see them losing to the Vols, and if they throw Skenes they'll beat Wake. So, it'll be that third game against Wake on Thursday that is decisive. I guess it's pitching by committee if that happens.

If I’m the WF coach, the long-haired ace is up and rdy and in as soon as someone gets on for LSU.
I’d do the same with skenes if I was JJ and had the lead
