Watching Jumbo choke on a bag of dicks is going to be epic.

If you don't think having a bunch of returning players means anything then you are wrong.

Sure, there are a few elite programs that stay stacked with top talent and good coaching that can appear to pop that balloon, but for the vast number of programs it means plenty.

Now, I ask myself, would I prefer to have lost 65% of starters coming into this season or would I rather return the bulk of them having a year under their belt. I know what my answer would be and any knowledgeable football fan would agree.

That's fine. But this guy is producing his S&P projections which rate teams. It's not the only factor, obviously.

But when you get results that suggest Kansas State returning a starting DB in any way makes them more valuable than LSU breaking in a new DB, maybe this metric isn't all that useful.

Give me a rookie DB that won the starting job at LSU over a 4-year starter just about anywhere else.

College Football returning production by LSU PatrickI doubt LSU has led in returning production since the 1990s.

LSU will replace experience with "Talent". The same "Talent" that was not good enough to start over a bunch of guys who lost to State by 30.

UF has a better staff and an easier schedule. 6 to 8 wins is my guess.
