The fun thing about the NCAA tournament is the best teams don't always win it all. A lot of it is about who wants it more or who has in off night, its what makes march madness extremely exciting. Its a brand new season.
I still think its incredible how UCONN lost three top picks and had a really young team with no depth was the best team in the country for 36 games this year. I am sure geno wished he would have had a lost earlier in the season just to not have to deal with the streak

We're a different team when Alaina Coates is in. It seems like our offense settles down and makes more strategic plays when she's not in, instead of "get it to Coates" every possession.
It's weird, but it seems Coates going out has been the best thing for us.

Yeah it sucks to say it, but losing Coates has worked out well for us.
