Because of Carolina’s strengths on defense…. A&M will probably need everyone to contribute.
Maybe both QBs play.
Maybe both QBs play.

Yeah but Milroe is responsible for 3 out of every 4 sacks cause he’s dumb

Excellent. We'll make them 1 dimensional.

A&M can score 10 and that may be enough

Our defense can and has scored more than 10
Our offense leaves much to be desired though, you right

Using us as your example - prolly ain't a good idea

@Cocks, which is your D better equipped for?
This is a stupid question.
Weigman isn't a good QB, but he is serviceable against a bad defense. They would rather face Weigman.
The whole country would rather face Weigman. This has been known for about a month.. but Elko and/or Klein keeps trotting out the 5 star QB because apparently he is good in practice.
When you pressure Weigman, he makes horrible decisions. Arnold is the same way at OU. To an extent, so is Ewers.
Ewers fixed some of the issues earlier in the year, and he did look better this last game, but it will likely come up again later this year. It's between the ears for all of them..

I don't disagree with your assessment but my question was intended to be in an ideal scenario which type of QB would this SCar defense rather go against?
A solid pocket passer or a solid read/option QB?
Remove A&M and Weigman/Reed from the equation - which I could have done better in illustrating that ask.
Edit: The responses I got in relation to the concept of my question (not Reed vs Weigman) from SCar fans is they're pretty ready for both.

No, not necessarily. Just that we have seen both. Vandagriff, Nussflopper, and the kid from Akron are most similar to Weigman. Nuss, once he heated up, was very effective. Is your line as skilled at holding as LSU's?
Milroe and Dart are most like Reed. Note those two losses, although I'm not sure I'd put the Alabama loss as something that Milroe specifically did, if that makes sense. Dart was very effective.
Oklahoma has one of each, and neither were effective.

Yeah, but we didn't lose Ole miss because of QB play specifically. We lost the Ole Miss game because of turnovers and getting behind early and were never able to catch back up.

Exactly. If Ole Miss version of SC shows up, aTm wins in a laugher.
If Oklahoma version of SC shows up, the Gamecocks repeat the 2022 UTK game.
If Alabama SC shows up, it'll go down to the wire.
None of us has any idea what to expect.
