LSU had a 3 headed monster on offense.

Tennessee so far is accomplishing similar numbers. But in a different fashion.

2019 LSU

LSU vs Auburn - 23-20(@ home)
LSU vs Bama - 46-41(@ Bama)

LSU was extremely close in consecutive games to losing. More mind blowing that LSU struggled at home against Auburn.

Regardless of the numbers, and the outcome Sat, Tennessee’s sudden resurgence has been astonishing. There are about 125 teams trying to catch lightening in a bottle like this. Thinking UT ruined it for Florida and others trying to take a systematic approach to their rebuilds.

The auburn game. LSU dominated Alabama for 4 quarters in Tuscaloosa.

Interesting.

I can tell you one thing that is different between the two.

It is damn impressive. You should be able to win it all under his leadership.

Now you have to do it.

Bama game wasn’t close until the 4th Q with Devonta going off on Stingley and Aranda playing too aggressive.

Is it really that mind blowing? That Auburn team beat Alabama and barely lost to solid LSU, UF, and UGA teams. That Auburn defensive line gave everyone problems. Tennessee has yet to play a team with a defense like 2019 Auburn.

Not sure how good that auburn team was as I don’t remember a lot of about 2019. But I can tell you that UT has played 2 teams with top 10 defenses this season. Bama and Kentucky both was ranked in top 10 defensively prior to UT games.
Bama -#2 in nation prior to UT game
UK- - #9 in nation prior to UT game.

We watched a different game. LSU dominated the second quarter due to several Alabama gaffes. A couple of turnovers and an Alabama INT called back because of 12 players on the field. The 12 was running off the field during the play. The rest of the game was virtually even with Bama having a chance to win the game with an onside kick recovery or stop on defense.

You obviously didn’t watch the games…LSU was in control and never trailed in the Bama game….LSU was beating Auburn by 10 in the 4th and Auburn scored a late TD with like 2 mins left. Auburn was definitely a physical hard fought game and that Dline for Aububrn was insane.
