Not to pile on McCoy, but I have to agree. Parker had every reason to quit. He could barely move with the bruised/broken ribs he has, but he went out and fought and was inches from winning. He stood to lose millions in a baseball career and he kept fighting with principle.

Colt McCoy got a stinger and his daddy rushed down to the field to make sure his kid did not play another snap before the draft. And that was the national title game....not the 3rd game of the year.

Great Game by Auburn. Faced adversity and Cam overcame. There can be said things about depth on both sides, and I give the nod to Auburn for the conditioning and will to fight. They had a chance to lay down, and got up and fought just before the half. That momentum scored 24 points in a hurry. Congrats...but ESPN still hates you for that shite y'all pulled.

That is the kind of win that is perfect for Auburn (except for losing a lineman for the year). They somehow win, yet they prove to themselves that they can come from behind and to never quit.

Congrats to Auburn. You showed a lot of spirit.

To Kyle Parker: Mad respect for you. I wish you the best in your baseball career.

Unfortunately for Clemson, this is the type of loss that derails a season and sends you to the gutter, never to crawl out.

Agree with all of this. This will help AU more than a 20 point win that was easy. It gives the team confidence in each other and coming from behind.

And unfortunately it is a very tough loss for Clemson who played well enough and hard enough to not deserve an L.

We had most of our top recruits there. Glad they got to see the come from behind win and the intense excitement at JHS. I bet Dee Hart has forgotten all about Michigan.

Damn I saw the field goal in OT but missed the defensive stand, ah well grats Aub. A sec OOC win is always good. Especially against a BCS team.

That kind of win builds character in a young program. You guys needed that, well without the injuries.

Coming back from 17-3, this win took a lot. It was not always pretty, but if our offense clicks we can give anyone trouble.

Wow just wow

That is some Grade A Delusion right there

Biggest thing we learned from Cam Newton tonight is that he CAN make every throw, but he WILL miss a lot of the basic stuff. He is raw as hell, but more developed at this stage than I expected him to be.

The great thing about him though is that he made countless runs that turned what would have been a 3rd and 9 to McElroy/Brantley/Mallett into 3rd and 2's.

Every QB in the nation can make every throw. Doing it is what matters though. 50% with 2 INT's is not going to cut it in SEC play.

Lattimore is going to be a huge threat! Plus USC has a seasoned QB.. Hope Chiz and co get the misques worked out.

i thought the D is looking a lot better. as long as cam doesnt make those mistakes, i think we will be in good shape. he does need to stop lollipoppin that shite and actually throw the ball...needs to get some zip on those throws when kids are that wide open

overall, i was thrilled with the 17 pt comeback, but who the frick was calling plays in the first half? tony franklin?
