And South Carolina still has more fans in the state than Clemson does.

Yes I would. I have no interest in you being in our conference

If we wanted to play, we can schedule it (like we have)

Do you realize how stupid that is? The last game Clemson Played at Willie B. it looked like a home game for Clemson because all of the "fans" sold their tickets to avoid witnessing another beating

No the first time was Arkansas, the 2nd time was because of hurricane Ike. Hurricanes are Texas' fault too I guess

Doesn't Clemson get screwed over in payouts? From my understanding football revenue in the ACC is basically the same as it is in the SEC where it is distributed evenly. When it comes to basketball I think it is an uneven distribution. Seems like poor planning on Clemson's part to sign such a long deal with the ACC (and FSU/Miami).

We're not interested but it would be nice to beat saban's little fanny once if not twice a year...glad to see they finally upgraded their OOC schedule for a change.

Could've had a shot last year if you didn't let Justin Fields and Trey Sermon take a giant shite all over you.

What's the GOR for the SEC conference, or is there no such covenant given that no team would consider defecting?

You have a lot of sidewalk/walmart fans because of your recent success. Congrats.

Let Clemson go thru a run like SC has recently and lets see what happens.

Go back and watch some YouTube vids of Clemson home games during Hatfield's last season or Tommy West's last season. There isn't a comparison to what they get in attendance now.

You can't honestly be that dense. The University of South Carolina has an enrollment of 34,731. Clemson has an enrollment of 23,406. USC is located in a much larger city and has a much larger alumni base. It's not difficult to understand why they have a larger fanbase. And congratulations on your image link. You linked an image directly focused at the Visitor's section of the stadium. Your picture also has nothing to do with the statement I made so nice try on your so called "argument".

They definitely have the GED bandwagon crowd though. I often feel I'm too generous saying they have GEDs, but oh well.

You just made the argument that Clemson doesn't need to go anywhere to win national titles in football. Being in the SEC and making all of the SEC money sure hasn't done much for School like the UofSC.
That's where you are wrong. It's the long haul that counts. clemsux needs a new indoor facility or a major upgrade to the existing one according to Dabo and they need more storage area...but they can't afford it. clemsux will fall behind in a few years and the middle of the road or less in the SEC will have much more talent than clemsux will have in the future. Deep pockets are going to make a big difference.

Clemson shouldn't want to leave the ACC.. they're only scared because they see what is about to happen to college football as a whole. If they joined the SEC with say FSU, and they along with OU and UTa joined for 2022, they'd just be another middle of the pack SEC team.

They stand out in the ACC because they are now winning, and they have an easy path. Say goodbye to anything ever relevant happening in Clemson football ever again if they join the SEC.

No means no. Clemson is more than football. Our university's academic standards alone is reason enough to tell the "win football games at all costs" SEC to take their offer and stick it where the sun don't shine.
