And you think those people that know are actually going to reply to every dimwit out there making allegations?
Miller’s attorney put out a pretty detailed response to allegations yesterday, but curiously failed to address when Miller read the text.
Alabama’s AD and his team made a collective decision that Miller was “ok to play” without confirming this question was addressed to their satisfaction, or if they even investigated this question at all.
That leaves a lot of room for people to make what they feel are reasonable conclusions based on what is known and what the involved parties are failing to say. If it’s wrong then fricking say it.

It leaves room for people to make assumptions.
Also...also the link you provided was from today. Miller's attorneys statement was yesterday. They are, again, going to reply to every dimwit out there? Every allegation when their client has already been cleared by the DAs office?
Here's what you need to know. Miller's phone records were gathered for investigation with a search warrant. The police, and the DA, didn't see anything that would lead to charges with the text or his phone records.
Clay Travis is not the police and he isn't the DA.

If Brandon Miller simply had not responded to that text, the mom of that 5-year-old would still be alive.
Y’all are terrible people.

She was asking to get murdered

She had the audacity to rebuff the advances of an idiot thug and totally deserved to get shot.

I try to read things very critically before forming an opinion on the author's argument. The following statement leads me to believe the author does not have a firm grasp on even the admittedly scant details not in dispute:
The author seems to be under the impression that Miller was home playing video games in his PJs and Miles called and said "go grab me my gun, it's in my sock drawer third from the top on the right side, and bring it to me "
What appears to be widely accepted is that the gun was already in Miller's car, left there earlier by Miles. Thta is a MAJOR distinction!
I'm not coming down one way or another with this post. MY ONLY POINT is do your fricking homework if you are going to publish an opinion on something.

If Brandon Miller had left the gun in his apartment, driven there, picked up his teammate, and brought him back home, that woman would still be alive.

It leaves room for people to make assumptions.
When the text is received 7 minutes before Miller arrived at the scene, and Miller’s attorney is NOT saying he didn’t read it before arriving at the scene, then it feels like a pretty safe assumption that Miller read it before arriving and delivering the gun. If that assumption is wrong then someone fricking say it. No one is.

Do the phone records tell us with certainty whether Miller knew the content of the text message before delivering the gun? The phone records aside, what is Miller saying about when he read the message? Has anyone even asked him?
The police and the DA decided not to pursue charges; that doesn’t mean other professionals in their shoes would have come to the same decision.

you have a problem with the truth. Deal with it!
If someone from your family was murdered while being out late at night in a college town and some backwoods frickbag online implied “they’d be alive if they’d just stay home”, you’d probably wanna strangle him
Eat a dick, loser

She should have been at home with her child.

Why? People with children aren’t allowed to do things on weekend nights?

Total failure! "Institutional Oversight is essential to prevent abuse of power, corruption, and other unethical or illegal activities that could harm individuals or society as a whole."

These people don’t have kids or spend every waking moment with them I guess
My kid spent the night at my parents last weekend, I should’ve been shot and killed

Im legitimately mind blown I’ve seen a handful of Alabama fans imply this woman should’ve stayed home if she didn’t want to be murdered
Seriously one of the scummiest things I’ve seen any fanbase of any sport say online

pretty safe assumption
It is not. It is just as much an assumption that he didn't. It's not factual and holds no place in court.
Be honest how many different and misleading statements and assumptions have you seen in these threads? Too many to name, is anyone's attorney or the DAs office going to address every assumption out there? No they aren't. At the end of the day your assumptions don't mean anything to the DAs office or Miller's attorney. Neither does Clay Travis's assumptions.

Then I’m sure someone with authority will let us know soon how unfactual it is. We’re coming up on day 3.

They don't have to let you know anything and won't. But you should definitely start another thread about it.

Yes. What’s so hard t understand? Had Miller not showed up with the gun the woman would be alive.
