Only a matter of time given there's currently an estimated $100mil plus which is being held up.

As it should be. If university's don't want to compete, let them fold. I want to see the University's football team not paid athletes. Let it all be volunteer.

Let them all be anything but Volunteers. I don't see how letting all the athletes who don't get paid going to Tennessee is going to help college football.

There are like 10 schools who can keep this going. Have fun in that league I guess.

Andy Staples is right. It's pro sports at this point and the universities have got to just go with it and propose a CBA. Players probably need to unionize some way. Have no idea how it all works when you're also tied to universities, but it is what it is.

NCAA refusal to move and adapt on this matter a decade ago has put us in a terrible place.

yep. they could have put in a $36k per year per player standard and raised it by inflation every year and there would be NONE of this BS.
