What is Florida willing to pay to try and get Kiffin?

I think $20M for ten years and a new megachurch in Gainesville for Fish ought to do it.

I think the playoff would be all Indiana would ask for. He is set making 11.5 million a year and not a ton of pressure to win it all. Make the playoff every once and a while and Indiana fans will be doing cartwheels.Good for him

Yea agree with that. I guess it’s the old saying about trying not to miss your shot.

You think that matters? That school will erect a statue of him and name the field after him if he even makes it to the semi-finals. Plus, he's a top 3 paid coach in the country.

Low expectations, realitvely speaking. Very highly paid and he's in his mid-60s. $88+ Million in less than 10 years? Every coach in the country is envious of him!

At what age do you just want to enjoy your wealth and do whatever the hell you want, whenever the hell you want?

I agree with you personally, but maybe coaching college football is whatever the hell he wants, and he gets to do it all the time. Lotta coaches like that.

I think it is sad when one can't enjoy all life has to offer away from your job.

Said the same of Saban before he retired

It is why their hirings and firings don't really resonate with common people.

Franklin is getting 50 million to not work.

Napier, potentially, would get 10+ million before Christmas and 2+ million for 4 years not to work.

It isnt a sad story

It becomes narcissistic at some point. Cash out and enjoy life
