Venables because I wouldn't want Sark's pop-gum offense here.

At this point, I’m inclined to say Venables.
Texas almost never loses when he’s on the field as a head coach

Venables, just need to find him a good O coordinator and I think Oklahoma would be a nightmare.
Win out and make the playoffs and I'll consider this. But as of this moment, this is just not true.

I would rather have a colonoscopy.

Sark is an excellent play caller when he has the Jimmy's and Joe's. He simply fricked up by not using the portal to get linemen for those he lost.

Him not seeing that his Jimmy’s and Joe’s won’t cut it to get to the next level, hell we took several steps back is why I feel he is not a very good HC.

I wouldn’t want Sark for HC or OC! Hes the most overrated coach in America and will be on the hot seat at Texas in 2 years!
Venables is a solid DC

He recruited Milroe for Alabama.

Easy choice: Sark
No one would choose BV over Sark

I am curious to your definition of success. What has he won besides a B12 championship which does not mean that much?

Circle back at the end of the season on this one. Sark has the easiest schedule in the SEC. Venables has the hardest schedule in the SEC Let’s see how each fares down the stretch but Sark’stretch looks like an easy path However it took the refs to get Sark past miss st
Sarks path is easy down the stretch? They about to play the 8th, 3rd and 5th ranked teams. What’s OUs best win? Michigan? Didn’t Texas beat yall by 3 scores?
It’s stupid when people compare schedules in July to end of Oct.
This is current

Ones been to the playoffs the past two years and 1 has been 19 losses in 3.5 seasons
I don’t think Sark is an elite coach, but how many schools with openings would offer their job to Venables? He’s not even a top 10 SEC coach

The one that’s beaten Venables 3 of the last 4 years?

Both should be coordinators.
My thoughts as well. I’d trade both Alabama coordinators for these 2 guys. I like Grubb, and Womack isn’t quite as terrible as I thought, but these guys are great coordinators. Average head coaches though
