Agreed. I think most fans certainly care a lot less now. I know I sure do.

I'll still watch the games but the losses just won't bother me as much as they used to and the wins won't feel as good as they used to.

CFB is effectively dead imo. We now have minor league football with no salary rules or contracts. It's become so ridiculous it's comical.

A salary cap has worked for years in the NFL...so yes.
