Chips are down: Are we going to see an ugly scene in Oxford Sept. 19?

Ugly scene encompassing scoreboard, trash on the field - mustard bottles and golf balls included.

Fights on twitter circulating through the day and the days following

I don't like violent fisticuffs over a dagum football game but part of me wonders if there will be a betting line in number of arrests in Oxford for that weekend

Only if LSU fans start throwing piss balloons, like they love to do.

The eyes of the nation will be on Kentucky @ Texas A&M that fateful Saturday.

I am so worried our students will continually disrupt the game and we'll be penalized, and the penalty will cost us the game, which is somewhat analogous to the famous Piss n' Miss.

I am not well ready on this history, what is this about?

Or was this about the dog peeing celebration?

Yes. We scored a very late touchdown to go down by 1. All we needed was to make an extra point to send the game to OT, but because of Elijah Moore's famous dog peeing celebration (he wasn't the first to do that, by the way), we were penalized 15 yards for unsportsmanlike conduct. Our kicker, Luke Logan, then shanked the extended PAT and State won. He was objectively the worst kicker in SEC history too. He missed 1/4 of the field goals he attempted throughout his career.

It's also sometimes called the "piss, miss, and double dismiss" because Luke and Moorhead were fired after the game (which got the Rebs Lane and the Dawgs Leach (RIP)).

I don’t recall a former coach of lsu expressing how he had a rough time recruiting here because of the segregation

You should thank brother lane of calling out such atrocities and trying to make a difference in your community

Chips are down: me, Bloodworth, and Willie T are gonna be in Oxford, whooping some khaki shorts and loafers-wearing asses.
