Only two schools have double digit reg season basketball titles so no. LSU only has 11 btw, not 12. Not sure where the OP is getting 1946. Tennessee is 3rd with 9, with Kentucky at 49

According to this link UT has ten basketball regular season titles and Bama has nine. Bama is second to UK in tourney titles, and Georgia Tech has the same number of tourney titles as lsu.

Nobody said LSU was good in the SEC tournament
It's almost incredible how poorly we've done in it up until this year.

Edit - Alabama Basketball won the last 2 SoCon titles before everyone moved to the SEC, so those don't count. They sit at 9.
