considering that he was suspended last year over the same type of incident, he is guilty.

no one is arguing that it had an effect on the game, but that doesn't mean Godchaux and Robinson deserved to be stomped on.

Intentionally trying to step on another player?

I would vote to convict.

Based on visual evidence plus evidence that he was suspended by Mullen for same thing last year.

One game sentence sounds reasonable. Put it to a team vote, I guess. I think people are making more out of it than what it was but it's clear to me it was no accident.

If you think he's innocent, I guess you think the vampire soccer player didn't actually bite that dude in the World Cup either.
