- ruled ineligible by NCAA
- Mississippi Supreme Court tells NCAA to frick off on the grounds of a bogus illness
- granted 6th year of eligibility
Harris & Wright
- forced to enter draft in January
- both go undrafted
- NCAA passes 5 for 5 rule 5 months after the draft entry deadline and cunningly excludes the 2022 class that recently exhausted their traditional 4 years of eligibility
- players sue the NCAA
- players granted extra year of eligibility via a temporary restraining order on the grounds that the NCAA acted unfairly regarding eligibility limits
- players enter transfer portal and commit to coach they previously played for

Ole Miss fans have no reason to bitch about LSU other than they took more of their good players.
Everyone else is just butthurt that LSU was prepared for all of this and is benefitting as a result.

It wasn’t “cunningly” to exclude those. Excluding those was to protect those who had signed with the team or transferred. Knowing what the roster looks like ahead of time factors into their decisions.

Whatever you want to call it, the players are justified in suing the NCAA over the mess that THEY created.
