Already have for my daughters. They never missed a payment. Most anyone else, I'd rather help them out with down payment and never expect to be repaid.

Why did y'all get divorced?

What if you're the person who divorced her? I'm currently dating my ex wife. Took about 12 years to realize she's not so bad compared to what's out there. It was a pretty fun 12 years tho.
