On ESPN College Football live Playoff discussion, the panel compared LSU’s 2018 team to older Alabama teams, both with a great defense and a QB that serves the team well.

The panel described the game in Death Valley in two weeks as a “massive” showdown in college football. And that LSU is the best one loss team right now, and a very confident team.

LSU is one of a few teams that can potentially stop Alabama.
Question is will they?

The panel sighted LSU ‘s 4 th down conversions as an example of a very confident team heading down the stretch.

The panel clearly knows a hidden nugget when they see it.

Alabama will be a double-digit favorite - maybe even as much as 20 points.

Of all the teams ranked below the top four unbeaten, Michigan and LSU have the best chance to advance to the playoffs, according to the panel.

That panel really did their homework.

I'd love to hear any other tidbits they had.

Anybody got an ESPN log in so I can watch today's CFB Live? I just don't want to miss anything. Sounds like a quality batch of segments.
