I kinda disagree. UF and LSU had some not so impressive years early in the decade. If this is based on how well they did each year of the decade, OU and Texas have been a bit more consistent.

Yeah, but it's for the WHOLE DECADE. Start a thread with best programs today and it's a different argument.

Look at the number of 10 win seasons, then sec championships, then national championships, then bowl wins. I think the number of bcs national championships by both uf and lsu but them ahead of ut and ou. Plus im an SEC homer.

I think to begin the decade we beat you in the SEC Champ and won the Sugar Bowl.

I agree with USC No. 1, but LSU and Florida should be above Texas, and maybe OU.

Give credit to OU for getting to the title game three times (?) and winning it once...and also making all those BCS games.

You could argue that they should be No 2, ahead of LSU and Florida. Texas above LSU and Florida is pretty lame.

I'd still have to put Lsu and Florida above them though. Even though they've been pretty consistant, something has to be said for winning the BCS twice vs just playing in it more than once with only one win.

Does that mean something? Is that as good as a 3-pete? There is no team of the decade, no one has been dominate enough.
