Ive read the entire thread and it’s nothing but you and op giving each other reach arounds while you ignore anything that shows why LSU would get the nod over Auburn if it came down to it.

Hardly. We are well aware of how this is going to play out despite yours and OPs mental gymnastics.

It’s really simple.

Arkansas has a better record than LSU by 1 game but LSU beat Arkansas but Arkansas > LSU still?
Yes. LSU was an extra innings game tilting the other way away from losing the series at home. Give me Arkansas on a neutral field.

Maybe maybe not. Hopefully we see in a few weeks. Give me LSU. See how easy that was? Lol

A lot of this thread sounds defensive due to sports followers just thinking LSU is currently the better team.

Sure. The only difference is every metric supports my assertion.

Neutral site does mean something, especially in this conference.

And we still beat y’all. And we finished stronger towards the end of the season. Thankfully the postseason is not based on just doing a metric average and naming the national champion. That wouldn’t be nearly as fun lol. Arkansas would surely have a national championship by now if that was the case.

On a neutral field? Which was what I said?

Interesting how you have to move the goalposts.

Congrats on staying healthy. Too bad it wasn't enough for you to finish above us.

You seem to really be proud of finishing 2nd in the SEC and not 3rd lol. None of that matters when it comes to postseason play which is what matters. Regular season is to set you up to make a run which both teams accomplished. Now the fun starts.

Auburn beat us at home btw. So I guess we can just remove that from the OP?

When the Aggies beat Auburn in this next Tourny game, this thread will be moot.

I’m pretty sure it is going to go in LSU’s favor, that’s not what his argument is about and he gives a strong argument

I think that’s debatable seeing as Arkansas played Texas, lsu, and Tennessee to finish, but sure

This thread, and the whole argument of the OP is dumb. That’s our (the LSU fanbase’s position).

12 teams are competing for 8 spots. We, LSU fans, can give countless reasons why we are going to be one of the 8, as we measure up better than a lot of the 12.

This Auburn fan, and you, for some reason, want to instead, make it an argument simply between Auburn and LSU, which is ridiculous.

LSU WILL BE one of the top 8 seeds. It’s inevitable and not really debatable.

Forgive me. LSU had a much better middle of the season?
Arkansas lost 4 of their last 6 series.
LSU lost 2 of their last 6 series.
