How many years of eligibility does Beck have remaining?

2 years (redshirt junior).
Covid may give him another year on top of that.

If he puts up 4000 yards and 35+ TDs, he may go to the NFL. We have the receiving talent and OL talent to all but guarantee success.

He was not the subject of big recruiting news like the other two guys, but that worked out okay with the last guy.

Beck was voted Mr. Football in Florida. A lot of talent comes out of Florida every year, to be named the best high school player in the state of Florida means something. It doesn't mean he'll amount to anything beyond that, but it isn't nothing. And yes he was highly recruited. Alabama offered him. Beck comitted. Later decomitted and flipped to UGA.

He has been sitting for a couple years now and seems very content to be doing so. Hard not to be when you are living in Athens and on the Georgia football team. He is the real deal and will have his day.

Anyone who played in that year can choose not to count it toward their eligibility. So a true freshman who played in 2020, then used a RS year afterwards can be a RS Senior in 2025 and a covid RS Senior in 2026.

Mostly it will be done in 2025.

The thing that stands out about Carson Beck is his ability to read press coverage and throw in response to where and how his receivers are going to release.

Georgia has also figured out how to replace Kenny McIntosh's ability to find seams.

Georgia could very likely average over 500 yards per game in their 12 game regular season schedule.

UGA offense is going to be weak. Screen shot it. Huge drop-off incoming.

Let me guess, they are ranked number 1 simply because they haven't lost a game since 2021?

Hopefully for them it works out because they only have 10 weeks to get things sorted out before they play their one game schedule against 12th ranked Tennessee.

You sound jealous. Don’t worry we will take care of y’all in Atlanta if you make it. And that’s a big if

Not our fault. We wanted a better schedule but Middle Tenn, S Florida and Chattanooga were already booked into Tuscaloosa.

The last Hurrah for the SEC divisions.

Alabama might be good enough to win a Natty next season but this year is still part of a rebuild.

I see Sabin winning one more and hanging it up, but there are no guarantees 'cause Nick is feeling his age.

You learned this from a handful of garbage time snaps? A true savant.
