Can we all agree that both Texas schools have the most delusional fans in America?

And there’s no other school that comes close.

Both Texas and aTm have something in common other than losing a lot and being irrelevant.

You get no respect UT and aTm! Get a clue!

I’m sure you’re embarrassed for your own. I would be.

It's been embarrassing but when 80% are Texas alters, it's hard to give a shite what anyone thinks.

I don't know. LSU thinking they are on the same level of Alabama or remotely close is pretty delusional

Tell me how I’m delusional?

We’re not a blue blood. We’re a top 20ish team all time. We have titles from the stone ages of football. We were largely behind the times as a small all male military school. The school exploded 40-50 years ago and we’re a damn good program 25-30ish years ago. We’re regrouped, gone all in investing in the program across the board (facilities, fanbase, coach stadium, you name it) and expect to win at the highest level. We may not be there yet, but you’re blind if you don’t see us trending in the right direction.

Do you give a shite about being irrelevant with a small trophy case and empty one over the last 15 years.

I'm from the dark ages. I was fortunate enough to watch Billy Canon run against Baylor in Shreveport back in 1959.

I still prefer Tiger Stadium the night of that 1959 Ole Miss game. 67,000 fans were much louder in those days than 100k leaving by third quarter today.

Our whiskey bottles were everywhere in the stands and some even on top of the Ole Miss rebel flag at halftime lol.

Trending?? You think what you’re doing is trending? Your past two coaches have been busts and you hired a very very average head football coach with a poor record as a HC you think this is trending? You can’t keep elite athletes in your state most go East across the state border.

Just like I said DELUSIONAL!!

I don't know....I believe Arkansas football fans are delusional, seeing how they want to "kick us out of the SEC", likely because they cannot beat us.

Believe it or not, I do. I also don't feel like Texas is irrelevant at all. The last 10 years have been rough but brighter days are ahead (not according to anybody on here). We have the right BOR, AD, & president now. They want to win and they're going to make it happen.

There was too much of a disconnect between athletics & academic leaders in previous years. We're on the war path now.

I'll give it to Aggy though, they have gone all in and put the pressure on. In the end, we will both benefit from it.

We’ve been hearing this for 10+ years. Sark isn’t the answer. Urban Meyer whiffed on you because he’s smart. Who would frick with a dumpster fire other than a guy who got fired from USC and is trying to rebuild his resume. You guys got your 4-5th choice as HC. There’s no reason anyone would believe your trending. I’m really not trying to be an arse it’s just my honest opinion. You really thought Hermann was the answer. If he couldn’t turn the tide neither can Sark
