Saban wins 13 games and goes to the NCG one year and then drops 3 games the next year (including the bowl). Leaves LSU as an absolute college football juggernaut.
Miles wins 13 games and goes to the NCG one year and then drops 3 games the next year (including the bowl). We are trending down.
Seems legit.

What does LSU have to do with any of this?
Not a thing anymore.

Kirby Smart has alluded to it, but the trick is not only recruiting the kids that we recruit, but once they get here using every available resource to develop them into the best football player, student, and human they can be.
Yeah, I don't understand what's so special and unique about this.

Some of you need to file a form it seems.

I'm not suggesting LSU longterm downtrending, albeit expect 9-3/8-4/7-5 in 2013..
And the SEC West competition and division depth circa 2005 vs 2013 = Apple vs Orange.

Does the average Bama fan here have a Saban shrine in their room?
Yes of course...It's right next to my replica Georgia BCS trophy

Not one single athletic director in the country (including lsu) would pass at the chance of hiring Saban tomorrow. Not one.

You're stuck on the W-L column, I'm talking the LSU teams with talent already in place on roster, that backboned the no-less-than 3rd to best team in the land for those three years regardless of what the polls and media pundits said.
Really? Yes I'm stuck on the only thing that matters. WINS. If the talent was soooooo good, why did Saban lose 4 games? It's a myth that LSU was this juggernaut when Saban left. Saban finished in the top 10 once.
