I feel that Ole Miss is a cautionary tale to the other programs in this conference regarding what sustained mediocrity can do to your athletic programs over several decades spanning two centuries. And how that futility literally makes the fans of said program completely delusional about their true place in the college sports universe. Ole Miss. There but for the grace of God goes my favorite college football program.

Agreed. Some posters and entire fan bases are insecure about us being in the SEC and finally being a viable threat. That's the only reason people want us out, and that's quite simply them being a bunch of pussies.

This guy has never stepped foot in a University of Florida classroom nor does he have any affiliation to UF whatsoever. He's more than likely some hair-gelled guido named Tony who scalps tickets on the side.

Ole Miss is a charter member of the SEC and has a lot of history with all of the other charter members.
Grove is fun, if overrated.
Their whole "we might not win every game, but we never lose a party" shtick is different than any other SEC school.
They probably have the most school spirit considering the lack of athletic or academic success of any school.
