Lots of folks high on the offensive line and secondary. Are they without a doubt the best, of course not. But they are certainly among the best.

Any team can go undefeated. But the Bama fans are so full of themselves, they think they WILL every year.

Well us Alabama fans should be confident in going undefeated! we are likely to do so, but will be kinda difficult, but 98% sure we will go UNDEFEATED

Can they? Absolutely, defense is stacked and they have an uber-talented RB.

Will they? I say they drop a game, at worst two, due to QB play. But they still win the SEC

This year's team certainly has the talent and depth to put themselves in a position to go undefeated. They will need a few breaks along the way, but it is certainly doable.

I don't see Bama going undefeated unless thier new QB proves he can pass the ball, run the offense and keep his composure like Mclroy.
Mclroy was much better than I expected.

In the limited minutes I have seen their back up to Mclroy last year...I don't see the success at championship level.. but hey...let's wait and see.

Bama is suppose to have a great D, and solid run game...that will get you 10-2 with great coaching and good schedule..

To go undefeated, you have to pass the ball pretty darn good to keep defenses honest IMHO...

If JJ gave me more confidence, I would say that LSU has a good chance to go all the way this year too...but he doesn't

It's McElroy... and you're right about McCarron. If he tries the gunslinger shite, he'll cost us a game or two. He needs to play Barker/McElroy ball and "not get us beat". Some play action to keep the defense honest, but DON'T THROW THE PICK.

Other than that, if someone steps up to left tackle (Barrett Jones maybe... ) you guys are in trouble.

A QB cannot play with this train of thought and play to his maximum potential.

Alabama recruited 4 straight big top 2-3 classes - man for man they are as good as there is in college football. If they can play together as a team offensively they have a great shot.

eta - Sims might be the man. AJ was a mess in the Auburn game when it really counted.
