Cam is doing a lot better than I thought he would.

I would love to see the Clausen on the bench. A bigger douchebag in the NFl there is not.

Be interesting to see Cam next week when he gets to play with the #1 OL in front of him.

Carolina might break the record for most field goals this year.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure they were dead last in redzone touchdowns in the NFL. Like 30% or something. I don't see it getting any worse

I can live with that. He's 5 of 12 (with 2 dropped passes) for like 120 yards. If those two drops are catches, he has close to 200 yards in the 2nd Quarter alone. Plus, hasn't turned the ball over (like Clausen) and lead the team to 2 FGs. With Cam in the game, Panthers are winning 6-3. I'm pretty impressed so far.

5 of 13... averaging 8.2 yards per completion. 3 of his 5 completions were balls thrown within 10 yards of the line of scrimmage. He had one very nice downfield pass on his first drive.

Average night so far.

All but a couple of the incompletions were due to his receivers not getting any separation while his line was pretty much collapsing.

He had a nice one down field on the 2 minutes drill drive, too. He can't help that Olsen and the other white boy decided to drop long passes (granted, there was pass interference on the 2nd long pass). But it was still catchable. He's also lead the team to 2 FGs, while NY has only gotten 1 while Cam has been in. The score would be 13-3 had Clausen not throw a pick 6. That's one thing Cam has done great so far. No turnovers.

Panthers pass protection is garbage.

Newton has to try and not throw off his back foot under pressure, but you do what you got to do to get the ball out.

Giants are rushing six every single play.

Led the 2nd team offense down the field twice as a rookie QB after a lockout, I'll take that. The team definitley seems more excited when Cam is on the field.

He's still the decision maker though. Blame it on separation and all, but he's choosing where he throws the ball.

Line looked like shite in that 2 minute drill. He could have picked up a lot of rushing yards if the clock hadn't been ticking. If that's the Oline he has to work with this season he will be running for his life often

His completion to Edwards in the two-minute drill was well downfield (about 20-25 yds).
