Correct, but if they are vacated before post season play then the team under them goes. So even if the losses are still there #2 in the west would go to Atlanta.

Not true. If he doesn't play and he is ruled ineligible then the penalties will be less severe for Auburn.

In the business world if a competing business is making big money and hurting your business by using unethical business practices you dont they should be reported/turned in????
