I am going to lulz all the way home if somehow LSU beats Bama and then the shite hits the fan with Newton And then I will immediately find one of Les\' daughters and frick her pregnant so I can have some of that luck in my family too

They'd probably let the rest of the season play out before any penalties, so don't get yourself to believing that LSU will get into the SECCG from that happening.

Hmm, I guess Cam Newton won't be handed a Heisman afterall. Well, hell, at least he'll be handed something: a subpoena. Is there a pose for that?

The Aubarners on AUFamily.com dug up this ESPN article about Kenny Rogers in trouble with the NFLPA (players' union). Nothing conclusive, but it does help the Aubarners build their case that Rogers is a shady character whose credibility is questionable.

LINK

quote:

Greengross says that Rogers, who runs a company called Elite Football Preparation, and holds camps in Chicago, Alabama and Mississippi, "works with kids" and "helps so many kids get into school, and get scholarships." Rogers said he also mentors potential transfers like "guys who get kicked out of school."

"He does training and a bunch of stuff," Greengross said of Rogers. "Did Kenny refer me to a few guys? Absolutely. I never paid him. They [the NFLPA] asked me about that."

Rogers said Greengross pays him "two grand per month."

In a phone conversation, the agent defended Rogers.

"As far as I understand, Kenny [has told people] he used to play in the NFL, and says he's a member of the retired players association," Greengross said. "Obviously, that needs to be made a little bit clearer. But just like any other former player, he can say he's a member of the retired players association. [The NFLPA] sent him a letter saying he just needs to make that clearer."

Union sources said Greengross could face fines, suspension and possibly decertification depending on the union's findings.

Rogers called the NFLPA's investigation "crazy." Asked if he was concerned about possible ramifications, Rogers said, "Hell, yeah. Man, nobody needs his name tarnished, especially when I do what I do to try to put kids in school. I don't need nothing like that."

After defending Rogers, Greengross later distanced himself.

"If I find out he crossed the line ... if he was actually telling people that he worked for the NFLPA, I'm not gonna stand for that," the agent said. "I've been clean for 15 years.

"If this guy did something I wasn't in control of, that's gonna come down on me and I'm gonna be responsible."

Hmm... so the real question is what (if any) relationship did the Newton family have with Rogers, a man who claimed to mentor "potential transfers like "guys who get kicked out of school.""???

We're cheatin' just like everyone else (except bammer), but not on that level. This is a hit job. We wouldn't have played him if there was any wrongdoing on the level of MSU's in-house alumnus fiasco.

What keeps a guy like Rogers from asking for money from Mississippi State without having a connection to Newton. Say he thought Newton was going there anyway and acted like he could steer Newton to State for money. If they had actually paid him who would have ever found out?

Phillip Marshall came on sports call radio after speaking with John Bond, and Bond said " this has all turned into a circus, and this has nothing to do with Cam or AU". I'm thinking Mr. Rogers is a douche, and is behind all this chit.

Actually laughing at you there is nothing to the story as far as Auburn is concerned and Cam Newton is an eligible player. We will continue on and kick arse all over the turd who are clearly scared of Cam and hoping he gets benched. As far as you are concerned just another runt bich sucking tit.
