1. Auburn already has 4 scholarship QB's, why would they pay for a fifth.

2. Trooper Taylor, recruiting coordinator, would never allow a program to pay a high profile player and potentially tarnish his name

3 Cecil is a fundamentalist minister, I just don't buy that he was shopping his son.

dirty as they come. Constant rumors of him while at Tenn and he was banned from going out and making contact with recruits for a time last season for a reason.

This shouldn't have any impact on LSU, unless they decide to bench Cam for the remainder of the season - which wouldn't do them any good.

True. I guess I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Cecil walks the walk.

Sorry, didn't feel like looking at his position.

But his primary role is recruiting. Is he's easily a top 3 cheater in the NCAA.

He was at UT forever don't tell me I don't know what I'm talking about.

again, IF and I say IF these rumors are true, and IF they vacate the wins from Auburn that would make them 0-8, it would not make LSU 8-0. However it would make BAMA/LSU tied for first in the west at 7-1 with the winner this weekend in the front seat. Not saying this is going to happen, but IF the wins were vacated that's how it would happen.

Well, we'll know one day, Cecil turned over his church's books to the NCAA.
