They knew that 5th loss was coming as their QB has 7 passing attempts for his career.

Tampon U could have easily tried to push the game back a week if they really wanted to play.

You’re probably not wrong. Aggie vs Wake was already a coin flip.

Wonder how they all “gave each other covid”.

Seems like something the yell team would do.

You're exactly right. Wake scores a lot of points on everyone and Aggie wont be able to keep up without a QB. Covid is a convenient excuse for bailing out and Jimbo is a pussy for doing it. He probably figures he has enough goodwill with the fanbase due to signing the top class in the country that he can get away with skipping the bowl game.

Shitty move A&M. Real shitty move. The fanbase may go along with this but the rest of the SEC and around the country they will always think you're a bunch of pussies.

I haven’t seen anyone who’s happy about it.

Well I think you’re an enormous pussy.
Not your team.
Not your coach.
You specifically.

A&M always looks for the easiest way to a championship, and sadly skipping the bowl game is it. They had a lot of players opting out, so they were gonna get creamed. That's bad PR.

But this is the same reason why they'll never win a championship. So no worries here.

The Aggies beat us in football and according to most, outrecruited us in 21. So I have nothing bad to say about them right now. Calzada is not a player that would make me nervous in 22, going to T-Town to face a revenge minded Saban team. Now, it wouldn't hurt my feelings much if Achane hits the transfer portal. His speed was a probem for us.

I think King was supposed to start the bowl game once it was known Calzada was hurt(before transfer portal). We were going to the Gator to see King.

I wanted to see him play again.

What exactly is the fan base supposed to do besides go along with this? Find the homes of administrators and burn them? Destroy university property. “Peaceful protests?”

What have you seen that would indicate any notable amount of the fan base is happy with this? What a stupid fricking thing to say. What part of ANYTHING beyond providing ratings and merchandise sales does the average fan have in the decisions of major athletic departments? Please, grace us all with your infinite wisdom. Dumbass
