I think the AU-Fla game will be very close and I'm not picking a winner. Going to be a good game. Georgia is going to crush TN, and I don't see TN scoring 9 points or Georgia's defense.

For the record, I never said Oregon should be ranked really high. But a win over Oregon is much more impressive than any of Florida's wins in my honest opinion. It's not necessarily that I'm "buying" into Oregon. Just listing it as a better win than anything off of UF's schedule.

Pointing to Oregon as a big win for AUB and subsequently discounting FL as over hyped is flawed logic

Just wanted to say nice breakdown OP.

I can appreciate posts in which the OP puts actual thought and effort into it.

I’ve already made my points about it. I listed Oregon as a “bigger” win, not the best win of all time. Name me a better win on UF’s schedule over Auburn’s win against Oregon.

Auburn has the bigger win, but I'm not really looking at that for the match up.

Both offenses are decent, both defenses are good to very good (UF seemingly with the edge). The swamp will be a factor.

3 point game either way, imo.

You're missing my point but that's okay.

Yes, the word "bigger" would have been more appropriate to use.

I also have a problem with just looking at results and assuming it's a predictive measure for one game. This is why Las Vegas exists.

Plus you're only guessing that OR, A&M, and MS St. will be better wins than Miami at season's end. They may but it's just a guess.

I think FL wins because so many think they're going to get stomped when there is no objective evidence saying as such.

Except being outplayed by Kentucky and allowing a terrible Miami team to hang in a game that should've been a blowout? Weak, sloppy offensive play for a majority of the year as well.

I mean if we're being honest this whole conversation is based off of guesses. Sure Auburn could go out and lay an egg vs. Florida. Will it happen? I just don't see it based on the information we have to go off of.

Again, this is really all we can look at. Analyze both teams and how they've played thus far and try to predict the outcome. Doesn't mean the team can't go out and underwhelm.

Troy should be a good test for Mizzou's defense. They're ranked #12 in total offense, #14 in scoring, and they've put up at least 35 points in every game this season. Unless the game turns into a comedy of errors like Wyoming, I expect to win, but not sure how many points we'll give up.

Troy hasn't played anybody and their defense is trash

Florida is literally getting no hype. this is a bad take. If anything the pollsters are lowering their expectations of UF. They are undefeated yet dropped twice this season already. Auburn is overhyped. UF by 4. FLorida stops all the gimmicks. Schwartz is quarantined. BO is forced to throw. FInal line 12-24, 104 yards, 1 TD,3 INT
Damn. Just damn.

Even nailed Nix's Stat line (11/27 145 yards 1 TD / 3 INTs). Only difference is we let the RB slip away for the long TD, otherwise it's UF by 4.

Props to you sir.
