No excuse for him. He should be doing what Oats is doing. He has twice the talent.

He can't coach or make any adjustments

Losing to Auburn at home? We can do that.

This UF team isn’t bad, but they have no business winning in Rupp. He has to go.

Calipari is

Possibly the most overrated coach in the history of college sports...certainly in SEC history.

I have absolutely zero dislike of Kentucky. Actually, I think Bama and Kentucky fans get each other. We forever have had expectations...Bama for football and Kentucky for basketball...beyond what other SEC fans have for their programs. We demand a level of excellence beyond what other fans demand of their programs.

So I ask this question with all respect and seriousness: Kentucky fans, how much longer are y'all going to put up with him?

Thought he was on the way out last season or the one before? And UK fans seemed fine with him leaving. Not sure what happened.

He has the talent to win it all and the in game coaching ability to lose to anyone. I am real tired of the AAU ball coaching. Here it is three months in and they can’t play a lick of defense. The mind numbing decisions tell me it is time for him to retire.

Let’s hope for a long time.

I do think it's time for a change. He just doesn't make any adjustments in game.

We need fresh blood. We have plenty of talent, but don't play defense or try other defensive schemes to change things up. Cal won't do anything to adjust in games.

The day after the South Carolina loss, I listened to an older, lifelong Kentucky fan on Finebaum make a very eloquent, emotionless, hard hitting, fact-filled argument for why Calipari needs to be fired. I can't imagine there being any support for him left among the fanbase.

Every year.

I get it.

Seems that it also takes at least that long for a team to develop chemistry.

A few more losses like tonight, if I'm Mitch Barnhart, I don't give him the option.

Lifetime contract and all with a Yuge buyout. He will leave on his own terms and it’s all Mitch’s fault

You do have a lot of stuff in common, but it's none of that stuff.

I was going to say that the one thing Kentucky fans don't have in common with us is that they don't have an in-state little brother, but I guess Louisville might count, even though they aren't in the same conference.

Must be tough being an Auburn fan and having to always be looking across the state to see what sustained excellence looks like. Sometimes I actually pity you.
