There is a 0% chance of him going to LSU, I'm not even sure LSU is recruiting him. Seems like a way to leverage more money out of USC or just try to build suspense for some announcement.

Looks like Caleb is using the same pattern as TBOW getting LSU and USC bidding against each other if this is true.

I think he knew he was going to USC before Riley officially left Oklahoma. The rest of this is to make it look like he had not made up his mind.
The starter at USC is in the portal and the WR from OK has already gone to USC. It just feels like the rest of this is window dressing.
Riley fricked OK 3 ways from Sunday and looks to continue.

Reading between the lines, it seems he wants to go to a quarter system school and must be enrolled by spring quarter.
