Very clear sign that he wants out.
He's trying to make himself persona non grata so they fire his dumb azz and then he gets paid to sit on the couch.
If UT is smart they'll have their attorneys go through the contract and find a cause to terminate him immediately.

That's true, but Butch is an idiot. I can see a scenario where his attorneys advise him on something and he goes the opposite direction. So, perhaps he signed a bad deal.
The good people of Tennessee are already dealing with the fires. They don't need to be saddled with the misery of Butch Jones any longer, on top of that.

He gets paid way more than Dooley who dealt with a situation way worse them him. If this is true I worry Hart will do something stupid. This year UT needed to be in ATL. No more money, and please God no more money or time added to the buyout.
The AD deal is killing us right now. If Blackburn is the guy then that will give most of the fanbase confidence this new affirmative hire Chancellor understands the importance of the program.
