You’re still clinging to this. Cite the law where it says you cannot storm the field postgame. A single fan in the field of play is not the same as thousands of fans after a game. You ever heard of Monica Seles?
Here you go dummy. I can’t believe how many of you morons think because a local police station in a college town doesn’t take the time to arrest and process 40k people for criminal trespassing that it makes it not illegal to do so.
t minimum a person who runs the field will be ejected from the game and will not get reimbursed for their ticket. The Pirates website states that any fan interference face leads way to “immediate removal from PNC Park and criminal sanctions.” [2] But just how serious are the ramifications? Well, aside from being tackled by multiple security guards, your face getting buried in the turf and a knee in your back while getting handcuffed, criminal and civil matters are a likely occurrence. For example, in 2010, a Phillies fan decided to take the plunge by running across the field and was tasered by a stadium employee and then charged with criminal trespass. Additionally, another Phillies fan rushed the field just days after the stun gun incident and was charged with criminal mischief. [4]

My Script A team can't lose another player !!! To Hell with that whore on the field !!!
Am I doing this right ? Am I capturing the "'Bama must win this weekend no matter what" vibe ?

I’ve said many times I prefer he be suspended for a game or two. I think every Bama fan in this thread has said it too. The point is as much as I hate what he did there is no legal action that can be taken against him. She broke at least one law we know of and the way she was stumbling around makes it very likely she was publicly intoxicated and she’s likely under 21. Had she not done all of that and got in his face it would’ve never happened.

Congrats. You found that the laws you posted apply to a game. At the time of this incident, there was no game. Your own post cites nothing but incidents of ongoing games, single fans rushing the field, and consequences like ejection from the game.
How exactly do authorities eject people from a game that has concluded?
You’re directly comparing two different situations.

There’s a poster on this very page that has not said that in his only comment.

False

And now your evidence is two things that you cannot prove. No BAC was taken on site, so her drunkenness cannot be proven, thus her age is moot.

Done all of what? You’ve done nothing but cite laws for different situations and assume she was drunk as a minor. There’s video and photo evidence that shows her moving around him. You can’t even view that correctly.

Why did you cite a law from Pittsburgh?
Regardless, someone trespassing doesn’t give a player the right to commit assault. Trespassing on a football field is not an affirmative defense for someone else assaulting the trespasser. Someone trespassing in a place of business doesn’t give the janitor mopping the floor a legal right to hit them unless said person is actually posing a physical threat.
Why are a select few Alabama fans going all in on defending an indefensible action by a player? Like, you’re not losing your fan card by saying what he did was stupid and wrong. Blaming the girl is just silly and ignorant.

I’m pretty sure that after the game is over the folks celebrating are not worried about being refunded the cost of the ticket….

You don’t hate anything he did or you wouldn’t be investing so much time and effort into knighting for him. You’re both pieces of shite

This is not different.

6. Suspend Burton one game.
I totally reject the notion that he did anything wrong. Fans do not belong on the field.

Well ... there you have it. The newest defense from the Brotherhood of Fans of the Script A.
Kid absolutely had to slap the ho. Because she was drunk. And underage. It was self defense. And lets be honest - what college ball player isn't terrified by a drunk, college age, better than average looking white girl.
It was self preservation. Am I getting this right ?
