I mean I get what you're saying but there's nothign wrong with being realistic. The late richt years there were many games that I KNEW we weren't going to win the game. It doesnt' make me less of a fan to admit that. Admittedly, LSU does look like they are in better position now than they have been in a long time, so I get the optimism. But it just seems like the same old story we've seen for years that will likely have the same outcome. I think the difference is LSU fans (or at least the tards that post on TR, probably not the reasonable ones IRL) aren't just saying "we've got a great shot this year, exctied to see how it plays out", it's "we're gonna beat the shite out of alabama, have you seen our offense!?!? Joe Burrow for heisman!!"

I will say however that our Defense
Isn't in same Universe as Sabans previous defenses. Our secondary was
