if this happens, the SEC is destroyed.
all in the name of TV money. the conference name should be changed to reflect the addition of the southwest and the midatlantic.
I find all of this expansion shite pathetic and contrary to fan enjoyment. college football is heading for a bubble.

one pod has to be UTk, Bama, Aub and UGA. That way they can keep their precious games and not make it a hassle for the other 12 teams.
LSU
Ole MISS
State
Tamu
Arkansas
Mizzou
Vandy
wvu
UF
USC
UK
UNC or nc state
But id rather just keep it how it is and go to 9 game schedule.

The SEC would add a national powerhouse in football - FSU.
The SEC would become the premier basketball conference with Kentucky, UNC and Duke.
The SEC would add three tough baseball contenders.
The SEC would add two elite and another very good academic school with Duke, Virginia and UNC.
West:
1. LSU
2. Alabama
3. Auburn
4. Arkansas
5. Ole Miss
6. Mississippi State
7. Tennessee
8. Vanderbilt
EAST:
1. Georgia
2. Florida
3. Florida State
4. South Carolina
5. Kentucky
6. North Carolina
7. Duke
8. Virginia

only b/c SEC brass knows CU won't leave. Part of the reason is ACC is seen as better academic conference and that helps the perception of the university, which in turn leads to higher rankings in US News and elswhere, and CU brass care about these rankings.
another reason is Clem already plays SC every year, and typicall another SEC team at least every oether year n regular season, and get a SEC in the bowl game many years. We would be leaving long time rivals to play teams that have not played much like FL, TN, Ole Miss, MSU, Missouri. Our current rivals are not as far away and i think most fans prefer playing them to the SEC group.
last year showed that if CU wins the ACC they can make the playoffs. If CU goes to the SEC that continues to stack with good to great programs, we would run the risk of having some really bad seasons which then hurts recruiting, and then we become USC.
Clemson is the David of college football and it is better for Davids to be in the ACC. There is nothing nore glorious and fun in colelge football than a non-FSU ACC team beating a ranked SEC team.
Even tho CU didn't pull it off against Bama, I think 80 percent of the country was pulling for CU. CU is college football's fun team.

80% of CFB fans pulled for Clemson because they hate Alabama and don't want them to win another title, not because they like Clemson.

Good list. You gotta get Missouri the frick out of there though. Nobody want that piece of shite school in the SEC. Replace them with TCU or Baylor.

kind of think Deshaun Watson is a lot of people's favorite QB to watch, as was Tajh Boyd.
it is weird that a team from supposedly the most competitive conference is able to get to the national title game so much. makes u start to wonder if something is going on, recruiting violations, etc

watson and the offense pistol whipped that 'best ever' Alabama defense though. exposed the hype. bama no doubt better on special teams.

That wasn't our "best ever" defense.

clemson didn't lsoe at home tho to a mediocre team and was regular season only undefeated and played a tougher schedule while bama got a team that couldn't score in SEC title game. Wow.
winning 14 in a row is more mpressive than wut bama did.
