And Michigan isn’t? 5-5 with a end of the year loss to the buckeyes…. Michigan has always been there but he’s more committed to the coach not the money or the school. He believes Sloan will get him where he wants to be.

Sloan needs to be moved back to qb coach and keep his pay. LSU needs a good OC to be hired

The OC is the one who coached up the quarterback.
Wrong, the QB coach was Joe Sloan, who is now our OC. Daniels credits Sloan for his time at LSU in coaching him, because, thats exactly who his coach was. Joe Sloan and Daniels were the 2 that worked very closely together while he was here and thats who Daniels credits for his success and rise to the top ultimately.

Daniels worked closely with the coaching staff, taking in their critiques and working to harder and harder to overcome deficits. The relationship he continued to develop with Sloan became the foundation of who he became as a quarterback.
“He played a pivotal role in my life,” Daniels said to reporters about Sloan before the Heisman ceremony. “You know, just challenging me in different types of ways, and just the relationship that we built over the past two years, you know, just to see me grow in little facets of areas that needed improvement. I can say that he’s probably proud of me.”
During the season last year Kelly directly credited Sloan as the reason for Jayden's improvement:

Knew this when all the LSU jackholes were in denial. Floodgates opening. Pickett is next to Georgia and Berry to Alabama who just had a RB flip. Derek Meadows likely to follow Bryce.

"[T]he Underwood camp has pushed back against the idea of a flip and reaffirmed their commitment to LSU. Taking it one step further, we now know an enrollment date for Underwood, who will be officially heading to Baton Rouge on December 9th according to a source.
Underwood will be eligible to practice with LSU for their bowl prep, but will not be allowed to play in the game."
