I do not know if Auburn will be better with Harsin.

Not sure what would give you that idea. Just because Gus pulled a few wins out of his arse vs. Alabama doesn't mean he was a good coach anymore and the right fit for our program. His first 5* HS QB regressed in his 2nd season, he had basically quit recruiting in 2020 and he woefully neglected certain positions, particularly the OL.
It's amazing to me how great of a coach the Rant thinks Gus is all of a sudden now that we fired him and he got another job...at the level he belongs.
I can’t argue one damn word of that post. I don’t believe in arguing “ifs” or “but” or ref blaming... usually when a team loses you can’t blame just one play... it isn’t ever just one thing.
The single year Auburn beat Alabama when, IMO, they had the best team on the field THAT DAY, was 2017. Bama had too many people out defensively and could not stop the run.
2013 kick six and 2019 pick6 x 2 is what is remembered... but there were opportunities in both of those games to put it where those plays may never occur... and if they do, wouldn’t have affected the outcome.
But what are the odds of a tipped pass TD against Georgia, and a kick 6 in the same season... then the pick6 in 19 that bounces off hands and asses and everything but the ground to be returned about 100 yards... those are the reasons, to me, that Auburn fired Gus... not so much the wins or losses, but the general trajectory and lack of consistency within the program.
Edit: should have been Single year Under Gus...

Those three games are also a clear depiction of cheapin’ on a voodoo priestess... pay the woman and get her enough chicken bones to spread through every SEC stadium instead of just JH... FFS Auburn, surely you could buy that many chickens ant the local Piggley Wiggley.

Well if he is starting that crap now expect him to act like Mullen and team up with the NCAA to go after Bama

Athens is also more North of West Georgia. Could have been talking about the Dawgs.

Gus and his hurry up deal worked well vs Nick and Bama. The faster the barn went the more success they had vs Kirby, Pruitt, and Pete.
Not so sure the Barn going straight up is going to be a better plan with Harsin. Well see.

The problem is the offense hadn't been hurry up for a long while.
