I rarely look at the Tiger Rant board -- less than once/month. The first thing I saw about this lady's testimony was an article on 247Sports which had a link to the more detailed USA Today article I posted above in this already existing thread. And since you mentioned it, here's the Tiger Rant thread discussing it.

I think it’s pretty obvious he is lying. Which means he is still trying to cover it up.

LSU looks foolish and incompetent right now and are being reactive instead of proactive. They basically have a slap on the wrist to two employees after the law firm internal investigation when they should’ve been fired on the spot. They’re treading on thin ice and if the dreaded lack of institutional control gains steam, they’re gonna be in big trouble. We had a former AD email employees and instruct them to basically ignore title IX protocol and direct issues to a certain person instead.

They obviously need strong action on this stuff for whoever is involved. And if that includes EO so be it. LSU could probably do better anyways.

This wouldn't be Orgeron lying to a reporter about an isolated incident. LSU brought in a firm to do an in depth investigation about the mishandling of multiple sexual misconduct cases. If he is caught lying to that firm in this situation, I don't see how he could possibly keep his job.

From a football perspective, I honestly don’t think LSU would miss a beat replacing him. Talent is never a problem there. We’ll see.
