It's called sexual assault and the culprit and ANY bystander who failed to somehow intervene...deserve their just "rewards" !

The actual incident is on deadspin still. We can't link it. The news mentioning TD hasn't put up a video to their story.

Is this even confirmed to have been an LSU fan? In the video I saw about it I heard nothing about the perp being dressed in LSU gear or saying anything to indicate he was an LSU fan. Could have just been some random New Orleans thug. shite like that happens down there a lot and being from out of town and away from the public makes you an easy target.

Nope, not at all. I think the over reaction of some people wanting him put in prison for a long time is hilarious and is seriously reaching. I dont know the guy and he doesnt reflect my behavior. I havent lost a minute of sleep over the whole situation.

The way I see it is this. If streaking is a sex crime then so is what he did. In a public place no less. Charge him with indecent exposure at the very least(that's up to pimp's lawyer though) and the lsu fan with public intoxication. Call it a day

Exactly right. I dont think the LSU fan "could" get charged because you really cant prove he was drunk (even though we all know he was). I just think this registering sex offender crap is a little much.

There are all sorts of reasons he could say he was in that state. As far as Mr. Teabagger, the fact that he made contact with his balls on the guy makes it a bit more serious.
