I was a member at Forest Ridge when I lived in Tulsa. It’s semi-private but going fully private soon. It’s probably the nicest option that you’d be able to play without a member.
I’ve sent my Scotty from 1995 to the Custom Shop and I have a set of old Vokeys with my initials stamped that are just sitting around. All my current clubs are custom fit, but I don’t get anything customized solely for looks. I do my own grips and currently play GP MCC plus 4 midsize. Best grips I’ve ever swung.

I got fit for my Bettinardi putter last year and going back to Studio B in two weeks to get another one. I’m more into trying different driver shafts and tweaking my settings right now.

I’ve never done the full custom stuff down to the ferrells, but I do like the look with a nice set of irons. I just rather put that extra money towards another club these days. I hate stock headcovers. I currently have a custom set of Jan Craig covers for my 3wood and driver.
Still dealing with damage from a tornado that hit us 2 months ago. We were in the middle of the path for a warning an hour ago, but it lifted before it got to us. I still thought the trees in my backyard were going to explode as the line passed us.

I was a member there about 20 yrs ago and then moved out of state. The Links was private and the Lakes was public and both had 18 holes. So, the Lakes is now only 9 holes and The Links is semi-private?
How do you find it on Netflix? Just searched Pardon My Take and couldn’t find anything.

I have them in all my clubs now and I can’t imagine not playing them. However, it’s more about the size of your hands than anything. You can tend to use too much wrist if the grip is too small.
My buddy’s son just graduated from Louisville last year. In January, the son was getting gas to go pick up his friends from a bar and he was shot in the throat. He survived but is paralyzed from the neck down.

It’s a dump.

Amazing it was only raining in the left lane. I would’ve moved to the right.

Saw him hit a home run in the Astrodome when he played for the Astros. RIP
I don’t think it’s tacky if you secretly google it on your own. If they know you’re searching the price and judging them based how much they spent, agree, that is very tacky.

Everyone judges, whether you admit it or not. You just don’t want to share your judgment with everyone.

I switched from Cameron putters to Bettinardi last year. Got fit at Studio B outside of Chicago and never looked back. If you’re ever close and in the market for a new putter, I highly recommend it. Best fitting experience ever. You watch them build your putter at the end of the fitting and take you to The Hive which has all their limited run and 1 of 1 items.
How much it will help your game depends on a lot of factors, but it can’t hurt. And if you’re wanting a brand new set, it shouldn’t cost you a thing. If you purchase the clubs from the fitter, they typically waive the fitting fee. The manufacturer doesn’t charge extra to build the clubs to your specs.

Plus it’s a free hour long session on the sim. Go for it.
Have two dachshunds now and had one as a kid. They all have different personalities, but one we have now has bitten my wife multiple times and my two daughters. Each time it’s been when he was sleeping and didn’t want to be bothered. When he’s in his bed or sleeping, we leave him alone.

One bite was so bad, my wife needed stitches and doctors have to report dog bites, so he has a record. Our other dachshund is scared of his shadow and wouldn’t hurt a fly.

Also, we considered putting the a-hole down, but my wife couldn’t do it. We’ve learned to deal with him and his space and put him in the laundry room when people come over.

Go grab a burger at the bar at Au Cheval. Get there at 11:00….i hate waiting in line. JMO, pass on the deep dish and just go with tavern style pizza. Zarella on N. Wells is a good spot, but they aren’t open for lunch Monday-Thursday.
