And if he declines the offer, let’s just hire Billy Bob Thornton, right?
I love how people think this is a neighborhood chat.
I remember in ‘19 Joe Brady saying the had video of every touchdown in the NFL and they took some of their plays from that research. I believe they were referring directly to the TD pass to Helaire right before half.

I can’t imagine this staff putting in that level of work. While I think we have some quality assistants, the work they do and the commitment to getting better comes from the top.
Cam isn’t dumb. Except when he thought hindsight was 50/50.

I remember the post. An upvote awaits the person who can link the exact post.
Totally agree with you, but you can’t change it. Some people just enjoy being miserable and want to bring people along with them. I’m on TD.com every day, but don’t go near it during or right after the game. I wait for the people who can’t control their emotions to move on.
Cooley has been a reliable tackler..
No dog in the fight, but I thought UL’s play calling was irresponsible. They were running him like he’s Jalen Hurts and he looks like he’s barely 190 lbs. He was getting blown up and was limping around before his injury.

I figured taking the points you would’ve bought a purse. You only deserve boots if you had taken the LSU money line.

re: Club grip recommendations?

Grip preference is based on individual preference and feel. So many great grips out there now. Golf Pride MCC are popular and are great in the heat and humidity. But you’ll also need to decide between, midsize, standard and plus 4.

You can go to any place that does grips and get a “feel” for the different grips.

The Evie right across the river.

Evie Chicago
Someone linked their site a few weeks ago. That format is the absolute worst ever. I have no idea how someone can follow that.

LSU has them beat in every category including message boards.
Looks like it would be about $600 from the Scotty Custom shop.

$325 for the restoration
$85 shaft
$45 grip
$95 headcover

re: Chicago, where to stay

West Loop-Fulton market area is the closest. Downtown or River North isn’t far.
You can send it off to Scotty’s custom shop, but it’s not cheap. I’d only recommend doing it if it has sentimental value or if it’s special model, like an old Napa or circle T. Otherwise, it’s really not worth it.

There are a lot of guys on social media who refinish them and I have no idea what they charge. I imagine it would be at least $200, but the custom shop would probably be $300+.
