Triggered much.

Might as well post some clips from the 1970's since all the glory days are in the PAST.

Yeah but he did it at LSU not ND and
We had a average team last season.
Our recievers under preformed our running game was crap outside if Daniel's or defense improved.

LSU won the west in CBK's first season starting 2 true freshman at both tackle positions and a qb who just got on campus. Things will be better this season for LSU can we say the same for bama....?

Who doesn't? Hope Kelly doesn't fall into the trap that has gotten so many others, however. Focus everything on Bama, win every once in a while but lose 4 other games, and call it a success.

And in the last 40 years, LSU is 18-22 against ala., better than just about anybody else....(since you brought up the PAST and all.)
And that's with GIVING AWAY games to them in '98, '99, '08, '12, '14 and even '21.

Bryant died 40 years ago this past January. Funny how you used the last 40 years in your analysis. Bryant dominated LSU. Stadium should be named Bryant-Denny south.

Well thats your fault.

I never claimed to be a journalist, don't blame me for your weak reading and comprehension skills.

"The reality of what was unfolding was clear to Brian Kelly long before he jogged to the locker room that 2013 night in Miami. He got Notre Dame back to the national championship in Year 3, but within minutes, it was understood the Irish weren’t quite ready to win one. It was 28-0 Alabama at halftime, and as ESPN’s Heather Cox asked Kelly what fixes were needed, all he could do was smirk.

“Maybe Alabama doesn’t come back in the second half,” he said without anger. It was just the truth. “It’s all Alabama.”

Give the guy credit!...He's got a sense of humor!
