These are the kind of people that yall are dealing with in this thread. It's beyond comical and I even realize that most of it is trolling.

Oh it's definitely trolling.

I think DawgsLife and one or two others are having an actual conversation but UGA Alum and DrewDawg have to be trolling, at least I hope they are.

So, the game against Bama was the biggest game... not the one that could have won him a SEC championship or the game before that which could have made it so had he won the SEC championship his team could make the playoff?
Believe it or not, yes.

LSU has no fear of Georgia as a program. That's not to say there's any disrespect; UGA last year was the best team in the country. But when both programs are doing well, LSU has more than held their own (which is why Kirby made it a point to get 50 on us). There's no reason to believe it will be otherwise in the future.

Alabama with Saban, that's another story. We've had many good years where Bama has prevented it from being great. We have a few close wins, a lot of close losses, and some really bad losses. We just seem to have a lot of trouble getting over that hump.
For a guy to come in, first year, play one of those classic high-stress games, and he makes enough good calls to pull out the W... that checks one box off the list. Kelly can handle the LSU-Alabama game.

I'll continue to say regular season games are less important than NYC/BCS bowls, conference championship games or playoff games
Depends on your perspective, I guess. LSU has had no trouble winning in Atlanta, winning national titles, or winning big bowls.

They have had problems beating Alabama, and they have to play them every season.

Why was that A&M arse raping you took not as important? If you win that one you have a shot at the CFP. But you lost.

Because this team was never beating Georgia.

They had depth issues all year but it really started to crop up down the stretch.

There was a graphic shown in the SECCG that basically showed that Georgia's defensive line had played half the number of snaps that LSU's had.

No way they win that game that way, especially not with an injured starting quarterback.

That's why Georgia was a 17 point favorite.

Anytime you miss a shot at the playoff sucks, but whatever. We didn't have the depth we needed last year. We might this year.

Right after you beat Bama and Tennessee your fans were saying all over the rant that you were definitely going to beat UGA. You were citing our record against you in SEC Championship games and everything. This is news to me.

Wrong as always, here are the facts.

ND is more elite than LSU ever will be.

BK is not even close to an Elite coach.

UGA is more elite than LSU. Sorry you don't like these facts. Here are some more facts about the 2022 UGA championship that you will really enjoy...

Back to back national champions, most points in championship history, biggest blowout in championship history, biggest blowout in any bowl ever, top 5 offense and defense, beat 7 ranked teams, Average: +29.4 Scoring Margin against final top 25 teams(which is the highest of all time) all this in a rebuild year after losing 15 players to the draft and 13 to the portal. Best of all time and it's not even close!!!

He also swore Georgia would win a national championship in 2018 so you have to consider the source.

And? What does that have to do with your not having a UA emblem next to your name?
You were railing about how Georgia fans were suddenly wearing UGA gear everywhere, yet you are on the board not wearing an Alabama emblem. Apparently it means you are not a true fan unless Alabama wins a championship.

Clearly I struck a nerve.

The Cubs suck, so how am I being bandwagon? My point is Atlanta sports fans are awful and fairweather and it's a well-known fact that they only support their teams when they're really good.

The Braves are in 1st place right now and they're not even selling out Truist Park.

They have 10 sellouts and we are just past the first week of May.

I've watched/listened to the Braves religiously in the 80s. Kept watching even after their amazing run dwindled. Still watching now.

But, if you meant sports fans from ATL metro, I'll allow it. I couldn't give a shite about the Hawks or Falcons.

They’ve sold out Truist 10 times already this year you dolt. You don’t know what you’re talking about.

I won't lie, I've been poking the bear some here. Two weeks of bed rest will do strange things to a man.
