I believe that you are mistaken on the "public office" meaning. Public Office is an elected official, like a Mayor. He worked for a public institution but did not hold a public office position.

Breaking news.
We are being forced to vacate the 2010 and 2013 iron bowl losses, both ole miss losses, the playoff losses to ohio state and clemson, and just for good measure the loss to south carolina. Chalk up at least 3 more natties. FBI= For bama indefinitely.

The players father met with the agent at a meeting set up by Bama. That tape would be interesting. 91,000 vs 15,000. Not sure why Baker was not charged. Not buying because he did not give money to the father.

It will all come out eventually, hopefully quickly. The athletic departments of both schools are going to have to start talking (after much lawyering) sooner or later too.
