Do you think the NCAA cares about that. A high ranking AD screams Lack of Institutional Control. Who cares who goes to prison.
The NCAA has been embarrassed by the Bama incident more than anything. He was one of their own and I am sure he knows where the bodies are hidden at NCAA HQ. They go after crooked cops the hardest.

About the only thing either camp should feel good about is that every indication is they were operating solo and outside the bounds of each one's respective leaders (but with each other, how weird is that). Nothing shows a systemic problem at either program.
In a criminal investigation you go after the lower level people first and use them to build a case against their leadership, this is far from over.

If they were actually paying the players, then all the coaches involved along with the paid players need to be cut loose. Also, scholarship reductions should be enacted, IMO.

Then the Schools should file a class action lawsuit against the Shoe Companies.

I seriously have no idea who this guy is, or what role he generally had in things.
But since the sum being talked about here is only 25k, there is no way in hell he is high ranking at anything.

For what? Doing what university employees told them to do?
They also pay a lot of money to universities. They won't get sued

Bammers are seriously retarded if they think they are in the clear.

Show caused in the past should have no bearing on it if he didn't know

Here's the thing. An AD for BB admits he took money.
No where yet is any other name said to have received any of that money.
Not a player, coach or ball boy.
Now if other names turn up, I am all for them to be shot at dawn.
But until then, it seems to be a rouge person who saw a way to make easy money.
The Little Bros of tRant have a tingling running up their leg but I think they should wait until the po po show up with warrants.

According to yesterday it falls on said persons boss and higher ups. It doesn't matter where he worked here it's an NCAA violation

Read my last post. I think that speaks for most Bama fans.
