Miller still made an astoundingly poor decision to deliver that gun after receiving a text like that.

Well they know with 100% accuracy when the text was sent and when Miller arrived. If those occurred within a few minutes of eachother, and we can prove that Miller was on the way prior to the text being sent, then he walks.

And his lawyer conveniently left out the wording of the text sent from Miles to Miller definitely stating there was some s*** going down and that's why he needed the gun. Miller still made an astoundingly poor decision to deliver that gun after receiving a text like that.
yep. ANd never claimed he didnt see the text.

Miller is an accomplice to murder and this statement ADMITS it. A gamble for sure.

Not even the attorney inm his fluff piece claimed he didnt see the text. OBVIOUSLY he DID see the text.

And to me that's the crux of it from a disciplinary standpoint. I don't necessarily take issue with the "can't be charged" crowd, but zero consequences for bringing a gun to a guy at 1AM in a dispute - LOL

I don't care if you're on your way to pick him up, you turn the car around and tell him to Uber. "Well I was already on my way so I guess I had no choice but to get the gun to him while he's ranting about some dude who is going to catch it."

So what are you trying to say? Because he's black that must mean this statement is a lie? I didn't touch a proper firearm until I was 26 years old.

I read that Bradley was with Miles and Davis when they walked by the Jeep and that Bradley’s vehicle was on at the scene a few moments later during the shooting. If that is accurate, why did Miles need a ride from Miller? Lots of remaining unanswered questions.

This has to be a first. I've never heard of a defense attorney saying his client was innocent. 'Bama just needs to call ol' Brandon, "Opie."

This wasn’t about innocence so much as it is about defending his client from being defamed and lied about, which is what you’ve been seeing and partaking in all day.

According to his attorney, Miller "never saw the handgun or handled it," and it "was concealed under some clothing in the back seat of his car." If this is the case, then Miles' text of "I need my joint a n****r rl jus got fakin" would lack context for Miller. It's not saying "my gun is in the back of your car, and I want you to bring it to me."

Maybe Miller was DDing (college "DDing" where you are the least drunk of your group)

We think Bradley was at the club while Miller was at dinner

he lawyer said Brandon didn't know about a possible crime? Davis and Miles were in the back of his car getting the gun and Miles telling him it was loaded. Brandon knew at this point of a possible crime. I guess he just sat there and watched it all unfold without trying to stop his friends while they were still in the backseat

Where did it say that Miles Harris were in the back seat talking about a loaded gun? I may have missed it but my understanding is that Miles told Harris where the gun is and that there is one round... Nothing about that happening in the back seat ...or Miller's ability to hear it.

Pretty responsible capital murder suspects. That can’t be ruled out.
