If my friend asked me to bring a gun to a hostile environment, I would not do it. He knew Miles had an altercation and he gave him the gun
No?
No?

Well his lawyer says that he volunteered to turn the phone over to forensics. If they haven't done it they aren't doing their job.
Sure they did after the the local DA asked told them no need probably. I'd volunteer it too if I knew the DA wasn't going to do shite likely to protect a star player.

So he knew Miles was at a night club drinking but still brought him the gun?
Wow...
Wow...

They've had a month to investigate this thing
You keep saying this as if it's a long time. It's a blink of an eye in terms of most criminal investigations. Many of them last months or years. It's takes longer than a month to even obtain the phone records.

Give me a break. No attorney would show his hand like this.
Nothing to see here, but a PR move.

So miles already knew Brandon was gonna pick him up, so why call for him to come bring him his gun. Unless he needed it right away. At that moment, Brandon should have at least known something was about to go down.

Subpoena Brandon’s phone records and security cameras from the club and restaurant.

What makes you think the cops haven't already done that?

If Miller had a response text that said “I’m coming pick you up man and we are getting out of there” or if cell phone logs show he didn’t open the gun text until after the shooting, the defense attorney would have made that known immediately in his release
The attorney already made it clear in the letter that Miller had no idea the gun was even in the car. Assuming he read that text while he was driving, and assuming he didn't know about the gun, he probably would have been a little confused.

It does not make that clear. It only makes it seem that way unless you read it carefully. It only says that Miller did not see the gun, did not handle the gun, and that the gun was concealed under some clothes. That makes it seem plausible that he wouldnt know it was even there but it definitely stooped short of saying Miller dis not know it was there.
My guess is that he likely knew that Miles was strapped pretty much all the time IMO.

Has spent 2 days furiously slapping his keyboard with completely incorrect information and in the process outed himself as a felon who went to prison for robbery.
Get off the internet and go spend time with your kids, Ken. You look like a fricking moron in every thread.
